User Data Deletion Instructions

At a2c.chat, we respect your privacy and provide a transparent way for you to request the deletion of your data associated with our Facebook/WhatsApp application.

If you wish to delete your user data or revoke the permissions granted to our app, please follow the steps below:

Option 1: Delete Data via Facebook Settings

You can remove our application’s access to your information directly through your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
  3. Find a2c.chat in the list.
  4. Click the Remove button next to the app name.
  5. (Optional) Check the box that asks if you want to delete all your posts, videos, or events that the app may have posted on your timeline.
  6. Click Remove again to confirm.

Option 2: Direct Request to a2c.chat

If you would like us to manually delete all data we have stored on our servers (such as your account profile or message logs):

  1. Send an email to our support team at [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Provide your account username or the email address used during registration.
  4. Our team will process your request and delete all associated records within 48-72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
