User Data Deletion Instructions
At a2c.chat, we respect your privacy and provide a transparent way for you to request the deletion of your data associated with our Facebook/WhatsApp application.
If you wish to delete your user data or revoke the permissions granted to our app, please follow the steps below:
Option 1: Delete Data via Facebook Settings
You can remove our application’s access to your information directly through your Facebook account:
- Go to your Facebook Profile’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
- Find a2c.chat in the list.
- Click the Remove button next to the app name.
- (Optional) Check the box that asks if you want to delete all your posts, videos, or events that the app may have posted on your timeline.
- Click Remove again to confirm.
Option 2: Direct Request to a2c.chat
If you would like us to manually delete all data we have stored on our servers (such as your account profile or message logs):
- Send an email to our support team at [email protected].
- Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide your account username or the email address used during registration.
- Our team will process your request and delete all associated records within 48-72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon a successful deletion request:
- Your account profile information is permanently removed.
- All stored Meta/WhatsApp API access tokens are invalidated.
- Any cached logs related to your business activities on our platform are wiped.
